Application Procedure 　1. Entry Requirements Students should be over 16 and 9 years of school education is a minimum. 2. When to Apply International students can apply two months before a course starts. 3. Documents required with passport size photo attached Copy of the diploma Copy of passport Visa 1 The students should submit the copy of the diploma, copy of passport, and 8 passport sized photos should be attached. And the students should fill in the form. 　　2．QCHM will issue offer letter to the students after their application. And will send the student form JW202 for students to get their visa issued. 3．The students should contact international affairs office as soon as they arrive in China so that the office can assist the students with their residence register. 4．The fees occurred for visa extension and other legal register should be born by the students. Other Services Accommodation There are facilities like air-conditioner, shower, heater, TV, etc. in the furnished international students’ apartment. International students can have their meals in the students’ canteen. Chinese food, western food and Korean food are served. Entertainment There is a gymnasium on the campus, where you can play basketball, table tennis and so on. There are also several football play grounds. Life services We provide free airport pickup, assistance in buying air tickets, medical insurance, visa application and extension etc. Transportation There are several buses near the college like 112,113,365 which can take you to department stores, banks, places of interests and sceneries.
