Medical Care 1. An IS may go to the infirmary or a nearby hospital for health care. 2. All ISs shall be offered accident insurance and hospitalization health insurance. During an event of an accident or hospitalization, an IS should inform the staff in the Management Office for the IEC or the insurance sales representative in a timely manner in order to be eligible to receive compensation. After approval by the university, ISs from the same country can organize fraternities and sororities. 2. Fraternities and sororities for ISs shall organize in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations, comply with rules and regulations of the university and be subject to the leadership and management of the university. 3. Fraternities and sororities for ISs shall respect the social ethics and customs of China. 4. Leaders of the fraternities and sororities for ISs shall be those undergraduates or postgraduates who have studied in the university for more than one year. 5. Organizers and service objects of fraternities and sororities for ISs shall be ISs from the same country. 6. Activities to be held by fraternities and sororities for ISs shall be reported to the Management Office for the IEC for approval. Never shall they be allowed to forge an official seal for private use. 7. Fraternities and sororities for ISs shall not hand out leaflets, put up flyers on campus, or charge ISs in any names unless they are approved by the Management Office for the IEC. 8. The Management Office for the IEC is responsible for the approval, management and supervision of fraternities and sororities for ISs.
