Our University signed a MOU with Daejeon University of South Korea
On Dec. 10th, our university has signed a MOU with Dajeon University of South Korea. Both sides have agreed to develop cooperation on students and teacher exchange, jointly conduct researches and hold academic conferences.
Vice President Wang Su received the delegation of Dajeon University composed of their Vice President Kill Kyoon Sun, Dean of Graduate School Ponghyung Lee, Professor of Environmental Science Mr. Bong Su Lim and Dr. Taeeung Kim. Staff of our Graduate School, School of Environment and Energy Engineering and Department of International Cooperation and Exchange also attended the meeting.
Before the signing ceremony, two universities held friendly talks. The meeting was hosted by Director of Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, Ms. Zhao Xiaohong. Vice President Wang Su delivered his welcoming speech, in which he said, under the background of extensive international cooperation of our university, exchange activities like an academic project that involves postgraduate doctoral study would promote the common development of two universities. Vice President Kill Kyoon Sun appreciated the hospitality of BUCEA and explained that their visit to BUCEA was attributed to the influence of our university on environmental protection. During the cooperative negotiation, Dajeon University expressed their keen interest in our summer school next year. Later, the two universities signed two MOUs at both university and graduate school levels. Both sides will develop practical cooperation on talent training and academic exchanges.
