Program Overview

Electrochemistry and Electrochemical Engineering have played important roles in many scientific and technologic fields. The research areas are centered, but not limited, on energy, materials, sensors and nanotechnology. This program provides an opportunity for students to systematically study the fundamentals and practice of electrochemistry and electrochemical engineering as well as the new frontiers and related areas.

A graduate can obtain a Master degree by working for a professor who is specializing in electrochemical science or engineering. The program's duration is 2 or 3 years with the thesis required for the degree. It aims to strengthen the students with the capabilities of problem solving and independent researching in both academies and industries in the future.
