College of Arts

College of Arts was founded in March of 2005, immediately prior to the centennial anniversary of Jinan University. The faculty consists of elite international and domestic scholars in the fields of music, fine arts, film, television, and new media design. It boasts a numbers of experts in Chinese calligraphy and painting, while music, film, television and animation professionals serve as guest professors. This young and vigorous faculty is building itself into one of China’s leading scientific and research base for the Arts.
Honors and Achievements:
• Adobe Digital Arts Center of the College of Arts is the first digital arts center in South China.
• The College of Arts is the first "Global Authorized Avid Training Center" in South China
• The College of Arts is the first " Hewlett Laboratory" in South China
• The College of Arts passed “Apple-Macintosh Outstanding Experts Project”, won “Global Training and Qualification Certificate”
