Cooperation Agreement Signed with CTU

A delegation of Colorado Technical University headed by president Wallace K. Pond visited Hebei Polytechnic University. Professor Liang Yinghua, Vice President of Hebei Polytechnic University warmly welcomed the delegation.
 
Both sides signed a Cooperation Agreement between Colorado Technical University and Hebei Polytechnic University. This agreement explains a series of collaborative programs including “3+1+1 undergraduate program” and “4+1 master program”, and clarified related questions about the entry requirement and process for HPU students going to CTU study as well as the obligation and responsibility of the both sides. The purpose of the agreement was to conduct more effective exchanges and cooperation in the fields of discipline construction, academic exchanges and faculty and students exchanges, which lay the foundation for further cooperation.
 
Colorado Technical University is a private university affiliated to CEC (Career Education Corporation) which has cooperative ties with many large US enterprises. CEC has more than 50 schools around the world. Its students have great choice to get a job or get a further study after graduation. Colorado Technical University is made up of Business College, Information College, Faculty of Health, Engineering College and so on. There are twenty five thousand graduate students, 70 majors for undergraduates, 30 majors for Master’s Degree and 60 majors for Doctor’s Degree. CTU ranks 1st among national defense universities in USA and is at the top of the list on computer information security research.
