Registration Procedures

Every student should go through the registration procedures mentioned above in order. Every registration procedure must be followed strictly.
 
Please note: Bring the registration form to Teaching and Studying Affairs Office after all the registration procedures, or your registration will be void.
 
1. Bring Acceptance Letter, Visa Application for Study in China (JW 202/201 form) and passport to Admission Office to register.
2. Admission Office will check Acceptance Letter, Visa Application for Study in China (JW202/201form) and then deliver the registration form to the students with the campus map.
3. Bring the registration form to Logistics Office for housing and get the key of the room with the payment of the deposit.
4. Bring the registration form to Financial Office for the payment of accommodation and tuition fees.
5. Bring the registration form to Student Affairs Office for the Residence License procedures.
6. Bring the registration form to Teaching and Studying Affairs Office to finish the registration. Do remember to bring 8 full-face photos.
 
Notes：
1. 8:30-11:30 am and 14:30-16:30 pm is the time for registration and enrollment.
2. Those who do not finish the whole registration procedures can not take courses.
