Upon arrival in Wuhan Tianhe International Airport
Wuhan Tianhe International Airport is the biggest airport in central China, located in Wuhan's suburban Huangpi
District, around 26 kilometres to the north of Wuhan city center. It is the busiest airport of central China as it is
geographically located in the centre of China's airline route network.
Introduction
Now it has three terminal buildings, T1, T2 and the New Terminal. At present, there are more than 26 airline companies
in Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, providing more than 158 air routes. It serves airlines to more than 65 domestic
cities and more than 30 international cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Tokyo,
Delhi, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur,etc.

By Taxi
Taking a taxi is a very fast way to get to your university, but maybe a little expensive. The starting price for a taxi is 3 Yuan for one kilometer, 5 Yuan for two kilometers and 8 Yuan for three kilometers. It's 1.4 Yuan for every additional kilometer from 3 to 7 kilometers. Beyond 7 kilometers, it cost 2.1 Yuan for every additional kilometer.

By City-Bus
Public Bus
Wuhan owns sound public transportation system which likes a spider web covering every corner of Wuhan city. Public bus
lines cover all the areas in Hankou, Wuchang and Hanyang at the very low price of CNY1 or CNY1.2. Exact change is required.
Tourist Bus
According to the People Frist principle, Wuhan set up Tourist Bus that is an easy way to see the city with special routes
designed to cover almost all the key city tourist spots. In all the Three Towns in Wuhan, buses with the initial number of 4 are
special tourist line buses.
SICAS recommend No. 401 and No. 402 buses, as they cover most of the famous attractions in Wuhan.
By Light Rail
As the first city rail transit, the Wuhan Light Rail Line 1 has been put into use since July 2010. Along the 28.8-kilometers' rail,
which mainly runs in Hankou District from Jinshan Dadao at west to Dongdi at east, there are 26 stations built. The light rail's
highest speed could reach 65km/hour and take about 50~60 minutes to finish an entire journey.

Ticket Fare: CNY1.5 is charged for the first six stops, and then CNY0.5 is charged for every three additional stops. The whole
journey costs CNY5. Child less than 1.2m could take the light rail for free.
