Delegation of Korean Food and Life Association visited ZJSUOn the morning of February 12th, 15 professors of Korean Food and Life Association from 12 universities including Seoul National University, Ewha Womans University, University of Suwon, Wonkwang University and Yong In University visited ZJSU. Dai Wenzhan, Vice President of ZJSU met the guests. Directors of International Office also attended the meeting. On behalf of ZJSU, Dai Wenzhan expressed his warmest welcome to the delegation and delivered a brief introduction on ZJSU. He hoped that a cooperative relationship between the two sides would be built through the visiting professors, thus to strengthen international cooperation and academic exchanges between ZJSU and Korean universities. At last, he expressed best wishes for the coming 2017 Asian Food Study Conference held in Seoul. In response, on behalf of the Korean side, Zhao Meishu, President of Korean Food and Life Association, expressed her gratitude to ZJSU and showed the intention of developing further cooperation and exchanges in the field of food culture, food nutrition and health and promoting international cooperation between ZJSU and the colleges and universities of the respective members. The delegation visited the Chinese Hangzhou Cuisine Museum designed by Prof. Zhao Rongguang from the School of Humanities and Communications of ZJSU, highly praising the profoundness of Chinese and Hangzhou food culture. The two sides also had detailed discussion on the 2017 Asian Food Study Conference. |
