HOW TO APPLY

1. You can apply by the following ways:

a. Email to:  lg@xsyu.edu.cn  Ask for the Application for Admission Form, and fill it honestly.

b. Mail to:  International Students Office, International Education College, Xi’an Shiyou University

 No.18 Dianzi Road, Xi’an 710065 Shaanxi Province, P. R. China

2. Application time

Undergraduates and postgraduates: from April 15th to June 30th 

Language training students: from April 15th to June 30th

 or from October 15th to December 30th  

3. The International Students Office will mail the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) to the accepted students after the verification. 

4. Holders of the above-mentioned documents and health examination certificate are supposed to apply for the Student Visa (X Visa) at the Chinese embassy to your country, and come to school for registration on time, and pay the registration fee and tuition.

5. Students are allowed to hold the Tourist Visa or Visit Visa for less than 2 months study in XSYU.

Note: XSYU provides airport or train station pick-up service free of charge for new comers to Xi’an for the first time. Students who prefer this service should inform the International Students Office by email or fax with detailed arrival information 7days before their arrival.
