Dean of Faculty of Education of Tohoku University Japan Visited NNU

Delegation of Tohoku University Japan, leading by Vice President Prof. 宫腰英一, visited NNU upon invitation. Prof. Wu Kangning, Vice President of NNU met with the delegation and presented a brief introduction of the history and development of NNU. He pointed out in particular the communication and cooperation between the Faculty of Education and universities in America, Canada, and Europe.

Tohoku University was situated in Sendai, Japan, with a history of 102 years, which was a famous national university established after Tokyo University and Kyoto University. Prof. 宫腰英一also brought some material about Luxun as present as Luxun had studied in Tohoku University. Wu expressed the wishes to strengthen communication between the two universities and establish further cooperation in the fields of education in the future.
