International Cooperation and Exchange in Henan Polytechinic University

HPU devotes itself to promoting international academic exchanges and cooperation with institutions of higher education of foreign countries. Since 1980s, it has established sisterhood relationship with 15 universities and research institutions from 10 countries: Australia, Russia, Japan, Korea, France, Poland, etc and had made great achievements in teachers exchange, students exchange, scientific research and academic cooperation. In April of 2002, the university successfully hosted the International Academic Conference “Mining Science and Safety Technology”. 150 representatives from 13 countries took part. In 2004, the university was approved to admit overseas students.
