Representative Group from National Southwest University of Russia Visit Beihua University

Representative group from National Southwest University of Kursk Russia, leaded by vice-president of the school visited Beihua University, accompanied by Li Chang, dean of Jilin Russian Language College. Vice-president Tong Chengchun welcomed the delegacy. Persons in charge of Students Affairs, Electrical and Information Engineering College, College of Mechanical Engineering, International Education and Exchange College also attended the meeting.
　　
Tong Chengchun and the vice-president discussed and reached an agreement on establishing a sister-school relationship and cooperative running of school. Both parties signed Cooperation Agreement of China Beihua University and Russia National Southwest University, Joint Undergraduate Students Program Between China Beihua University and Russia National Southwest University.
