Beihua University Elected Deputy Director Unit of Comprehensive University Medicine

Conference of Comprehensive University Medical Education Branch of China Higher Medical Education Academy was held in Zhengzhou University. More than 20 representatives from 10 standing director units attended the meeting, Professor Guo Li, secretary-general of China Higher Medical Education Academy, gave a speech. Professor Wen Chunyang, president assistant and director of Medical Department of Beihua University attended the meeting.

The meeting, aiming to analyze the advantages and issues existing in running medical college in comprehensive universities, discussed the direction to develop. In the end, the new director and deputy director units were elected. Jinan University was elected the director unit. Beihua University, as well as Beijing University, Fudan University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Shantou University, Southeast University and Zhengzhou Univeristy, was elected deputy director unit. 75 comprehensive universities running medical education are member units.
