International Law refers to the application of legal rules between sovereign states and other entities with international personalities. International law is also known as international public law, which is different from international private law or legal conflict. The latter deals with the differences between domestic laws of different countries. International law is also very different from domestic law. Domestic law is a law within a state, which adjusts the conduct of individuals and other legal entities within its jurisdiction.International Law refers to the laws in which a number of countries participate in the formulation or internationally recognized adjustment of relations between countries.
