UIBE hosts int'l cultural festival
UIBE held its annual campus international cultural festival on April 26.
Diplomatic officials from more than 40 countries and regions were invited to attend the event, which consisted of 15 activities alongside UIBE students and teachers.
“The university is dedicated to advancing international cultural exchanges and cooperation to cultivate talents with a global outlook and hopes that young people can use UIBE as a platform to realize their dreams,” UIBE president Wang Jiaqiong said in the opening speech.
There was a total of 72 booths to display the culture and art of different countries and regions. The annual event also offered for the first time the chance for visitors to checkup further information online and general knowledge of the relevant countries and regions with QR codes tagged onto each booth.
