ALGERIAN AMBASSADOR VISITS BFSU AND DELIVERS A SPEECH

On May 15, Ahcène Boukhelfa, Ambassador of Algeria to China, paid a visit to BFSU and delivered a speech on the building of a community with shared future for mankind, to celebrate the first International Day of Living Together in Peace. Vice President Yan Guohua met with the delegation.

Vice President Yan welcomed the ambassador and his delegation, and expressed his wish to establish ties with Algerian universities and research community. Ambassador Boukhelfa spoke highly of the friendly relations between our two countries, and expressed his pleasure to have the chance to address BFSU audience at an important time when we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Algeria and the 55th anniversary of the arrival of Chinese medical teams in Africa as well as on the eve of the International Day of Living Together in Peace. He also expressed his readiness to promote cooperation between Chinese and Algerian universities.
