BFSU Won 2018 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei International College Students Debate Contest

The 2018 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei International College Students Chinese Debate Contest was held at the Beijing TV Station on the afternoon of June 15, 2018. The BFSU team lived up to expectations and clinched first place.

The 2018 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei International College Students Debate Contest was co-hosted by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, Tianjin Municipal Education Commission and Hebei Provincial Department of Education, and was undertaken by the Beijing Chinese International Promotion Center. Students from over 20 colleges and universities participated in the intense competition from qualifiers, preliminaries to semi-finals which lasted for over three months.

International student representatives from BFSU and Hebei University debated on the topic “Do social networks bring people closer or not?” in the finals. Led by the contest supervisor, BFSU students gave their best performance and won the final victory against their counterparts of Hebei University.
