Notice for Application of CSC Excellent International Students Scholarship 2020-2021
In order to select and motivate international students studying in China who are knowledgeable and friendly towards China, excellent in character and academic performance, the Ministry of Education will continue to select “CSC Excellent International Students” in the 2020-2021 school year.
Candidates
Fixed Quota Candidates: 3
For self-support undergraduate, master, and PhD students.
Open Quota Candidates: 3
For Chinese Goverment Scholarship undergraduate, master, and PhD students.
Qualifications
Fixed Quota Candidates (3)
1.For self-support undergraduate, master, and PhD students, studying for the second year and above.
2. Friendly attitude towards China, excellent performance in China.
3. Abiding by Chinese laws and university regulations. Mentally and psychologically healthy. Fully developed.
4. Excellent study achievements, competitive study and research ability.
5. Priority to students with family financial difficulties if equal in status.
Open Quota Candidates (3)
1.For undergraduate, master, and PhD students (Only for Chinese Government Scholarship Students), studying for the second year and above.
2. Friendly attitude towards China, excellent performance in China.
3. Abiding by Chinese laws and university regulations. Mentally and psychologically healthy. Fully developed.
4. Excellent study achievements, competitive study and research ability.
5. Priority to students with family financial difficulties if equal in status.
6. Excellent academic performance. Actively participating activities or social practices. Contribute greatly to communicating Chinese traditional culture or strengthening international cultural exchange. Contribute greatly to public welfare.
Award Standard
Fixed Quota Candidates: Honor certificate and one-off award of RMB 18,000 per person for undergraduate students, and RMB 30,000 per person for graduate students.
Open Quota Candidates: Honor certificate.
