RegistrationUndergraduate Program (2011) Acceptance and Visas 1) SISU checks applicant’s application materials. 2) Once accepted, the applicant will receive an Acceptance Letter and a “Visa Application for Foreigners Wishing to Study in China” (Form JW202), and a Form of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners. 3) Applicant shall take a physical examination no more than 4 months in advance of the date he is required to study at SISU in a national or public hospital to complete the Form of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners with original copies of test reports/data sheets attached.
