The School of Engineering at SBC offers courses leading to degrees in Mechanical and Electronic and Electrical Engineering disciplines.
Classes encompass a variety of formats and a number of teaching methods are employed. Throughout their course of study students will take part in lectures, tutorials, labs experiments, workshop practice, deliver presentations, work in teams on solving engineering design problems and review case studies of real engineering problems. The goal is to provide students with subject knowledge, develop their problem solving skills and to equip knowledge required in the manufacturing and industrial environment.
SBC workshop is equipped with state of art CNC milling and lathe machines. Engineering labs are equipped with imported lab experiment equipments from Germany, UK, Taiwan, etc.
There are over sixteen members of the School of Engineering coming from a wide range of countries; many have experience from leading Universities in the UK, Ireland and Australia. All courses are taught with support from our partners in prestigious British Universities.
