International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship - March 2025

1.非中国籍人士。

2.对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。

3.身心健康，品学兼优。

4.有志从事中文教育、教学及相关工作。

5.年龄为16-35周岁（统一以2024年9月1日计）。在职中文教师放宽至45周岁。

一学期研修生

2025年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。不录取3年内享受过同类奖学金的申请者。

•国际中文教育、汉语言文学方向：汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）180分，具有HSKK成绩。

•太极文化方向：具有HSK成绩，同时提供HSKK成绩者优先。

奖学金包括学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。

•学费由接收院校统筹用于奖学金生的培养与管理，开展文化活动。

•浙江工业大学使用住宿费为奖学金获得者提供免费的校内住宿，经奖学金生申请、学校批准，选择校外住宿者，由学校按月或季度发放住宿费，学校将按每人每月700元的标准给予住宿补贴。

•奖学金获得者的生活费由浙江工业大学按月发放。一学期研修生标准为2500元人民币/月。

•综合医疗保险由浙江工业大学按照中国教育部有关留学生医疗保险的规定购买。一学期研修生保险费为400元人民币/人。

1.2024年9月9日起，申请者可登录浙江工业大学线上报名系统提交申请材料（https://zjut.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx）；

2.通过审核后我校会通过浙江工业大学申请系统发送推荐信；

3.申请者下载推荐信并通过国际中文教师奖学金报名网站（cis.chinese.cn）在线提交申请材料；

4.申请者完成申请后可以登录国际中文教师奖学金报名网站关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；

5.最终录取结果将通过邮件发送给各位申请者。

1. 在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，同等条件下优先录取。

2. 在各类汉语桥比赛中获得 “国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书提交申请材料。

3. 凡入学前体检不合格、未完成学业而中途退学、未经许可未到学校注册或中途休学的，一律取消奖学金资格。

4. 请确保申请材料真实有效，如有作假我们将取消您的入学资格。

1.For non-Chinese citizen only;

2.Be friendly towards China, with no criminal record, and compliance with the laws, regulations, and institutional rules of the Chinese government and the school.

3.Be in good physical and mental health, and of excellent character and academic achievement.

4.Be interested in the field of Chinese language education, teaching, and related work.

5.Applicants must be aged between 16 and 35 on September 1, 2024. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese language teachers may be extended to 45 years old.

Scholarship for One-Semester Study Program

The program commences in March 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months.

•Applicants of international Chinese language education, Chinese language and literature programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required.

•Applicants of Taiji culture programs are required to provide HSK test scores, and priority will be given to those who also provide an HSKK test score.

Note: In principle, applicants who have received a similar scholarship within three years are NOT eligible for the One-Semester Study Program.

The scholarship supports tuition, accommodation, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance. 

•ZJUT uses the tuition fees for the education and management of scholarship recipients，cultural programming. The scholarships for online programs provide support for tuition fees only。

•ZJUT uses the accommodation fees to provide free on-campus housing for scholarship recipients. Scholarship recipients may live off-campus upon application and approval from ZJUT. Under such circumstances, students are entitled to an accommodation allowance of RMB 700 per person/month paid by ZJUT.

•The living allowance is paid to the scholarship recipients by ZJUT monthly. Monthly allowance for one-semester study program students is RMB 2,500 per person.

•The comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by ZJUT in accordance with applicable regulations on overseas students stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China. The insurance premium for one-semester study program students is RMB 400 CNY per person.

1. From September 9, 2024, applicants can log on to the online application system of Zhejiang University of Technology to submit application materials.

2. After passing the review, our school will send the recommendation letter through the application system of Zhejiang University of Technology;

3. Applicants should download the letter of recommendation and submit the application materials from CIS website: www.cis.chinese.cn.

4. After completing the application, applicants can log on to the CIS website to follow the application process, review comments and scholarship evaluation results;

5. Final admission results will be sent to all applicants by email.

1.In-service Chinese language teachers may provide an employment certificate and a letter of recommendation issued by their employing institution, and will be given priority for admission under the same conditions.

2.Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during Chinese Bridge competitions may submit their application documents along with their scholarship certificates to the Host Institutions directly at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website.

3.Students who fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from school before completing the program, fail to register at the university without prior permission, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.

4.Please ensure that the application materials are true and valid; any falsification will result in the cancellation of your admission qualification.
