1. High school graduate or above, or have passed Grade Twelve (10+2)/FSc./A Level/WAEC or equivalent.
2. With an excellent command over English Language, with essential B or above.
3. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, above the age of 18 and under the age of 30.
