Program Objectives
The program aims to equip international students with:
■ Systematic knowledge of advanced financial theory and practice,
■ Advanced auditing theory and practice,
■ Multinational financial management,
■ Advanced managerial accounting theory and practice
■ Advanced financial statement analysis.
Through the study of two years and an half, students are expected to acquire a comprehensive understanding of China's financial policies corporate governance, and economic issues, which provides them with the qualifications necessary to work in the fields of international accounting, auditing and financial management in China or multinational enterprises in their home countries

Degree Courses: Chinese Language, Foundation of Modern Economics, Advanced Financial Accounting Theory and Practice, Multinational Financial Management, Advanced Auditing Theory and Practice
Compulsory Courses: Advanced Managerial Accounting Theory and Practice, International Laws, Advanced, Financial Reporting Analysis
Elective Courses: Survey of China, Chinese Finance Policy, Chinese Corporate Governance, Economy of Contemporary China, Corporate Strategy Management

Credits and Certification
Thirty-six credits are required, including 6 credits for dissertation. Qualified students will be granted certificates of graduation and Master Degree of Management of Accounting in the field of International Accounting and Corporate Finance.
Instruction Language
■ All the courses are delivered in English except some of Chinese language courses.
■ Dissertation is required to be written in English
