Program Description

The major prepares students with the knowledge of the basic theory and method of management and evaluation of real estate as well as the civil engineering techniques. Students in this major accept the training of basic skills for the management and appraisal of real estate to be equipped with practical ability, scientific thinking and innovative spirit. The major courses include: Engineering Economics, Real Estate Valuation, Real Estate Business and Management, etc.

Entry Requirements

Applicant is under the age of 25, and is in good health, high-school graduate with good marks. The HSK score should reach level 3 or above

    A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3.   HSK Certificate (No need for English-taught program)

4.   Academic transcript of high school

Gradution certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not,it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
