1.Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included. 2.Passport-sized photo A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant 3. Diploma of the Most Advanced Studies Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English. If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized. 4.Transcript of graduate school 5.Two letters of recommendation From professor or associate professor or equivalents 6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form (Photocopy). 7.Study Plan in China. 8.Articles or Papers Written or Published. 9.Examples of Art (6 color pictures) and Music (1 audio tape) Work (Only for the applicants applying for Fine Arts and Music). 10.Application Form 11.Admission Letter or Admission Notice of Chinese Universitity Notes： 1.Each set of the complete materials should not exceed 20 pages.
