Founded in July 2006, the School of Management dated back to the previous Nanjing Financial and Trade Institute and was among the earliest departments of NAU. It constitutes Business Administration Department, Public Administration Department, Human Resources Management Department and Marketing Department.
There are 1156 full-time undergraduates, 50 teachers and staff members, of which 40 are full-time teachers. Among the teachers, there are 10 professors, 16 associate professors and 23 PhD degree holders (including PhD candidates). Around 200 theses have been published in authoritative journals such as Administrative Management in China, Recent Trends in Economics, Modernization of Management, Soft Science in China, The Development of Human Resources in China. About 10 treatises have come out. The school has also engaged in around 20 national social sciences foundation and provincial research projects, and won more than 10 ministerial and provincial awards.
B.A. Business management
Objectives: This Business Management specialty trains students with the knowledge of management, economy, law, and enterprise management. Students are required to do the work in the fields of internal control, business management in government, enterprises, social organization, and public departments.
