The program is designed both for those who intend to start learning Chinese and for those who wish to improve their Chinese language proficiency. It is a multi-component educational program with integrated classes and field trainings supported by diverse entertaining courses, introducing the Chinese history and culture. All the participants will receive the NCUT Chinese Language Certificate when the four week's programs finish.

Program features:
1. Classes are held in small groups (10-15 students) based on language competence.
2. We will arrange a language tutor to the international students who participate in our short-term project.
3. We prepared a variety of Chinese cultural programs, including calligraphy, paper cutting, Peking opera, taichi, etc.
4. We prepared a weekend visiting to the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, and the Summer Palace and so on.

Language practice:
Students will have opportunity to gain practice experience reach their knowledge in Chinese Culture and History to see the famous sights and small ancient streets of Beijing. The tentative scenic spots are the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, and the Great Wall of Badaling section in Beijing. The specific arrangesments are as following:
Accommodation:
On campus accommodation for international students is provided at the international Dorm. International Dorm offers laundry rooms and a public kitchen. All rooms are equipped with telephone, television, and internet access, as well as desks, closets, air-conditioners, and private bathrooms and showers.
