Introduction:

Electrical Engineering and Its Automation is based on engineering-guided professional catalog of Ministry of Education of China to set up the technical major, refers to power electronics technology, computer technology, electricalmachinery and electricappliance technology, information and network control technology, mechatronics technology, and so on. The major characteristics include the combination of electrical engineering and automation, the combination of strong electricity and weak electricity, the combination of electric technology and electronic technology, the combination of software and hardware, the combination of theoretical research and technical application, etc.

This major will train the applied technology andcompound professionals who can develop with coordination in knowledge, ability, quality and they must possess the knowledge and practical engineering capabilities about electrical engineering and automation. Based on training objectives, students must master broad basic theory and knowledge of science and technology about circuit, electronic technology, motor and control, power electronics,power system besides general education.Meanwhile, students willobtain better engineering training and grasp the corresponding knowledge and ability about system analysis, design, development and research, and so on.
