Program Introduction

The MBA is designed to cultivate business management executives of the future for senior leadership positions in China and globally. Studying an MBA in China equips students with strategic foresight and entrepreneurial spirit as well as decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. The MBA is a top international Business qualification from an internationally recognised and prestigious university, one that is well respected by employers in China and around the world.

Teaching Objective

1. You will immerse in ENGLISH MEDIUM and CHINESE-FOREIGN INTEGRATION ENVIRONMENT. The faculty team of MBA program consists of Chinese teachers with overseas education background and foreign teachers from famous universities abroad. You will learn the cutting edge administration knowledge and have a deeper understanding of the business administration trends at home and abroad.

2. You will know more about CHINA and ENTERPRISES. You will have the chance to visit and do internship at Chinese companies.

3. You will have SUPPORTING CLASSMATES. You will get the assistance from your Chinese classmates for an easier adjustment to the new environment and better absorbing of the new knowledge.

4. You will enjoy SMALL-SIZED CLASS and INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION. The MBA class generally has no more than 40 students. It’s better for communication between students and teachers and for more tailored teaching.

5. You will have the priority to participate in INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS. For MBA students, BJTU developed exchange programs, 1+1 joint education programs, study tour programs, etc. with world renowned universities such as University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Texas A&M University, University of Victoria, Monash University, Rochester Institute of Technology, Missouri State University and so on. You will enjoy the privilege to join in.

Main Courses

Internship

As part of the programme, all students go through an internship with an international or Chinese business locally in Beijing or in the nearby region. This is an excellent opportunity for students to put their learning to the test in the real world, gain real experience, and build business networks.
