Teaching Objectives
In order to implement the idea of school , and develop “the theoretical basis is strong , the practical ability is stable, the ideological style is simple”, someone who has creating spirit and consciousness for the target, this major give the majority to urban and rural planning classes, strengthen the practice teaching, reflect the rural characteristic, developing some senior talents who can adapt to the need of urban and rural construction, who have the urban and rural construction basis theory knowledge and application of practical ability, someone who have social responsibility and team spirits and creating thinking, and who can do business in area planning total planning, detailed planning and urban design and who have the search ability to the environment design , the management in city design.

The basis length of schooling is 3 years .

Including: introduction of urban planning, planning and design based, urban economics, residential building design principle, public building design principle, management and legislation of urban planning, living area planning theory, residential district planning and design, GIS technology and application, traffic and urban development introduction, special topics on city traffic, control detailed planning and design, environmental landscape planning and design, urban design B, introduction of regional planning, unban master plan design and so on.
