Chinese Language program provides language training to students of various Chinese levels. Students are assigned to beginners, intermediate and advanced courses according to their results in the placement test.
The mandatory courses are taught every weekday morning, including the following courses: Oral Chinese, Listening Comprehension, Reading, Intensive Reading, Literature Reading and Writing, Chinese for beginners, Ancient Chinese, Topics on Contemporary China.
The optional courses are arranged every weekday afternoon and mainly for higher level students, including the following courses: Magazine Chinese, Chinese Culture, Chinese Human Geography, Ancient History of China, Contemporary and Modern History of China, Chinese
Fictions, Modern Chinese Drama, Tang Poem and Song Lyrics, Business Chinese.
Students attending classes regularly and passing exams can obtain their final grades and program certificate from the university.
