1) A deposit of RMB 400 should be paid during check-in,which will be refunded during check-out on the condition that no damage is made to the room facilities
2) When checking in,rent for 3 months should be paid in advance
3) 70 units of electricity per month for a single room or 140 units for double room will be provided free of charge.Extra units shall be paid for separately.
4) Rental fees include free use of water and central heating
