Non-Degree Chinese Language Program
1．Record of physical exam (the physical exam must be taken at a State Hospital and a copy should be mailed to the university. If the study period is less than six months, the physical exam will be not required) Forms A and B must be filled neatly and all blanks must be completed.

Bachelor’s Degree Program

3. Record of physical exam (the physical exam must be taken at a State Hospital) Forms A and B must be filled neatly and all blanks must be completed.
4. One copy of the applicant's latest academic diploma; Applicants who are about to graduate, can submit a certification of upcoming graduation;
5. Latest schooling Academic record;
6. HSK Band 6 certificate (BA in Chinese Language excluded).

Master’s Degree Program
1. Record of physical exam (the physical exam must be taken at a State Hospital) Forms A and B must be filled neatly and all blanks must be completed
2. Photocopy of your privatepassport
3. Passport-sized photo
4. Undergraduate academic record
5. The applicant's Bachelor’s diploma or graduation certificate
6. Recommendation letters from two associate professors or above
