2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)

1.Applicant should be over 18 years in age
2. Applicant should hold high school graduation or

equivalent to a Chinese high school graduate
3. HSK level 6  or  above
4.  Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid

passport
5. Have good moral character and obey the laws and

regulations of the Chinese government and regulations of

the university. Respect Chinese social customs and habits.
6. Be in good health condition

Master's Degree Program
1.  Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name

included.

2.  Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3.  Bachelor's degree diploma
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If

not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be

notarized.

4.   Academic transcript of high school

5.  HSK Certificate (No need for English-taught program)
Level 3 or above

6.  Health certificate(optional)
Photocopy of physical examination record.

7.Letter of recommendation
From professor or associate professor or equivalents

Doctor's Degree Program
1.Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name

included.

2.Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

The copy of HSK level certificate (Level-6 is required by

Liberal Arts majors and Level-4 is required by Sciences

majors).
