Important Reminding Before Doing Application Online
Please make sure you have well prepared scan or photo copies of the following required documents and be aware of the alternative ways to pay for application fee.
Application Fee
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT YOUR APPLICATION WON'T BE PROCESSED BY THE SCHOOL UNLESS THE APPLICATION FEE IS PAID. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM BOTH THE SICAS APPLICATION SYSTEM AND THE SCHOOL UPON YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES.
SICAS offers four kinds of payment methods, and you would find your payment details when you doing application online.
1. PayPal: Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient. If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the PayPal button on the webpage of "Make Payment" and follow the directions.
2. Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants overseas can use bank transfer to pay the application fee in US Dollars.
3. Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants in China can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in RMB.
4. Western Union: SICAS recommends applicants who are inconvient with T/T or PayPal payments use Western Union (especially African applicants).
Requirements for Application
1) All applicants should be aged 16 or above and should be healthy. In addition, the applicants for Bachelor, Master and Doctor degrees are expected to fulfill the following requirements:
2) HSK level 6 for those who are high school graduate or above and want to study the undergraduate programs in Chinese Literature, Chinese History and Chinese Philosophy. For other undergraduate programs, HSK level 3 is acceptable.
3) HSK level 6 for those who have obtained Bachelor Degree and wish to be upgraded to Master Degree
4) HSK level 6 for those who have obtained Master Degree and wish to be upgraded to Doctor Degree

Entry Time
1. Training Programs: Classes will be offered after applicants’ registration
2. Degree Programs: Feb., 21 - 25 in Spring, and Aug., 28 - Sep., 1 in Autumn
