School of Chinese Language and Literature

There are four departments in this school: Department of Chinese Language and Literature; Department of Study of Editing and Publication; Department of Secretarial Affairs and Department of College Chinese. It alse has two research ceaters Commercial Literature Research Center of Hunan University of Commerce and Women’s Studies Center of Hunan University of Commerce. It has 30 full-time teachers, of them; there are 8 professors, 11 associate professors.The School has over 500 full-time students. There are three majors: Chinese Language and Literature; Editing and Publication and Commercial Chinese.
