Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online
●Be sure to fully prepare the photocopies or the scanned copies of your application materials.

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal:PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )
Entry Requirement
Chinese Language Students
Under the age of 65, good health, and with a high school graduation certificate or above

Undergraduate Program
A high school graduation certificate or above(need to submit high school certificate and transcripts).
Good health.

Advanced Students
Junior college education or above; Good health.

Chinese Language Students
Applications are accepted at any time. The autumn semester begins at the beginning of September and the spring semester begins at the end of February.

Undergraduate Program
Autumn Semester: Please apply before June 30th (the autumn semester begins at the beginning of September).
Spring Semester: Please apply before January 20th (the spring semester begins at the end of February).

Advanced Students
Applications are accepted at any time. The autumn semester begins at the beginning of September and the spring semester begins at the end of February.

Application Materials
Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.
Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.

Chinese Language Students
1) Photocopy of passport.
2) Passport-sized photo
3) Bank remittance receipt of the application fee: RMB240
4) Study performance at original school (for students already studying in China)

Undergraduate Program
1) Photocopy of passport
2) Passport-sized photo
3) High school graduation certificate or a notarized copy (in Chinese or English)
4) Current year high school graduates are expected to show anticipated proof of graduation, and show the high school certificate after admission.
5) High school transcripts of all courses or a notarized copy (in Chinese or English).
6) Students whose native language is not English should provide proof of English proficiency (for English taught majors).
7) HSK level certificate and the transcript or a copy of both (for Chinese taught majors)
8) Bank remittance receipt of application fee: RMB240 Yuan or USD40
9) Study performance at original school (for students already studying in China)

Advanced Students
1) Photocopy of passport.
2) Passport-sized photo
3) Highest school graduation certificate or notarized copy (in Chinese or English).
4) The transcript of undergraduate or graduate course.
5) Personal study plan.
6) Bank remittance receipt of application fee: (RMB240 Yuan or USD40).
