For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website 3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY 4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer 5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants) Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. Long-term Non-degree Chinese Language and Culture Program
Applicants must be above the age of 18, in good physical and psychological condition.
Short-Term Chinese Language and Culture Programs
Applicants must be above the age of 18, in good physical and psychological condition.
Undergraduate Program
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, have graduated from high school, and be under the age of 30. Applicants must abide by Chinese laws and university regulations and respect Chinese people’s custom. Applicants to liberal arts and law programs must have a test score of grade 5 in the old version of HSK or score 210 in new HSK grade 4 or above; applicants to other programs must have a test score of grade 4 in the old version of HSK or score 190 in new HSK grade 4 or above .
English-instructed Clinical Medicine (MBBS) Program
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, have graduated from high school, and be under the age of 30.Applicants must abide by Chinese laws and university regulations and respect Chinese people’s custom.
Master’s Degree Program
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, have a bachelor's degree and be under the age of 40. Applicants for programs of liberal arts,education and law should have an HSK test score of level 5(or above) or new HSK test level 4-score 210(or above); applicants for other programs should have an HSK test score of level 4(or above) or new HSK test level 4-score 190(or above).
Doctoral Degree Program
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, have a master's degree and be under the age of 45. Applicants for programs of liberal arts,education and law should have an HSK test score of level 5(or above) or new HSK test level 4-score 210(or above); applicants for other programs should have an HSK test score of level 4(or above) or new HSK test level 4-score 190(or above).Doctoral programs whose language of instruction is English do not need Chinese language proficiency requirement.
Visiting Student Applicants must be in good physical condition, holding a non-Chinese passport. General visiting students should have at least two years’ study in a college or university and advanced visiting students should at least have completed your undergraduate studies. Applicants of liberal arts programs should have an HSK test score of level 6 or above; applicants of other programs should have an HSK test score of level 4 or above. Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course. Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.

Note:
Applicants for architecture, city planning, digital media, etc., are required of fundamental skills in arts and painting, aesthetic judgment and perceptual thinking.
Good mathematics knowledge is required for economics and business administration majors.
Application materials and application fee will NOT be returned regardless of the result of application. Zhejiang University may ask the applicants to submit supplementary materials if necessary.

5) HSK certificate;
6) Personal statement (written in Chinese or English, should include study and work experience, reasons for application and study proposal);
7) Two letters of recommendation from full professors or associate professors( in Chinese or English). Letters must include professors’ phone number and email address.
8) Remittance receipt of the application fee (RMB 400 yuan).
Note:

3) HSK certificate (not required for the programs instructed in English);
4) A photocopy of passport and a recent photo (white background, 35mm×45mm in size);
5) Personal statement(written in Chinese or English, should include study and work experience, reasons for application, academic research result and study proposal);
6) Two letters of recommendation from full professors or associate professors( in Chinese or English). Letters must include professors’ phone number and email address.
7) Remittance receipt of the application fee (RMB 400 yuan).
