a. You are required to pay application fee when turning in the application form for the first time. Tuition is supposed to be paid at the beginning of each semester/ year. Those who fail to pay tuition fee in stipulated time are not allowed to register. In case of need, you should obtain the permission fro the International Students office for a delay of the tuition fee payment for a max of 1 month from the beginning of the semester, and 5% interest will be added in this case.
b. After the semester begins, 75% of the tuition can be returned to the students who quits the study within 2 weeks and 50% of the tuition can be returned to the students who quits the study within 3 weeks. However, no tuition will be returned if the student quits after 3 weeks' study. In no case will application fee be returned.
c. The accommodation fee should be paid at the beginning of each semester. Other wise you have to bear the relevant financial loss. The fee of accommodation of the month when you leave the university depends on the days you have stayed. Installment payment will be considered as an exceptional case.
