Why choosing this program?
This Program
provides students with the knowledge and skills of science, technology,
humanities and art, and the ability to design buildings and solve architectural
problems innovatively. Integration of three disciplines (architecture, urban and
landscape) is central to the design component of the program. The courses aim to
develop an understanding of the principles and techniques of architectural
design and the ability to apply these principles and methods to create efficient
buildings and environments. Students will work in every sector of construction
industry, in areas such as architectural design, urban design, interior design,
landscape design, architectural reservation, architectural technology,
architectural research, architectural education, consultancy, construction
management, etc.
Main Courses
Fundamentals of Architectural Design, The Principle of Architecture Design, History of Chinese and Foreign Architecuture, Building Structure and Architectural Mechanics, Building Construction etc.
Internship
1. Foreign citizens with a valid ordinary passport and high school graduation certificate, in good physical and mental health. 2. Age of 18 or above (by September 1, 2019). For the applicants under 18, please submit Guarantee Statement. 3. For those who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and become foreign citizens, the conditions set by the document No. 83(2009) of Ministry of Education of the China should be met. 4. Good English language proficiency. For those whose native language is not English, please provide score report of English language test (e.g. TOEFL/IELTS/OTHERS).
