Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)

Application Qualification

General Requirement
Anyone who has an official health certificate, would obey the laws of the People's Republic of China and the regulations of Jiamusi University, and pays all the fees is qualified to enroll in the programs.
Short-term Program
1) Students are the similar Chinese level
2) Come in groups with at least 5 students
3) At the age of between 18 to 50.
4) Be in good health
Long-term Program
1) Hold Senior high school certificate or equivalent
2) At the age of between 18 to 50.
3) Be in good health
Bachelor Degree program in Chinese Language and Literature
1) Applicant should be non-Chinese citizens holding a foreign passport,
2) Hold Senior High School certificate
3) At the age of 18-30
4) Be in good health
Bachelor Degree Program
1) Hold high school graduates certificate,
2) Have received with satisfactory grades
3) At the age of 18 - 50.
4) HSK 6 or above (not required for applying major in Chinese Language and Literature and MBBS in English).
MBBS Program in English
1) Applicant should be non-Chinese citizens holding a foreign passport (Former Chinese citizens naturalized into other nationalities are required to provide certification of the cancellation of their registered permanent residence and ID card; this certification should be issued by the Public Security Bureau.)
2) Applicants should finish undergraduate course and possess the bachelor degrees and have excellent records.
Master Degree Program
1) Hold Bachelor’s Degree,
2) Have received with satisfactory grades
3) At the age of 18-50
4) For applying majors in Liberal Arts, the HSK Level is 8 or above
5) For applying majors in Science and Engineering.,the HSK Level is 6 or above.

4) Eight passport-sized photos (with the name of the applicant and the college /department applied for written on the back)

Master Degree Program
