Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )

Application Requirements
Undergraduate Program
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, above the age 18 and below the age of 35, must have attained a senior high school diploma.

Bachelor's Degree Program
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport and healthy, above the age 18 and must have attained a senior high school diploma or an equivalent of China’s high-school graduation certificate and high school graduation certificate and transcript; A minimum requirement of HSK3 certificate to prove your Chinese language ability;

Master's Degree Program
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, under the age of 40, have attained a bachelor's degree.

Doctoral Degree Program
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, under the age of 45, have attained a master's degree.

Long-term Chinese Language Program
1) Aged from 18 to 60 years old;
2) Healthy
3) Must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport

Application Materials
Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.
Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.
Undergraduate Program
1) Two photocopy of your valid passport (Passport type must be ordinary).
2) Passport-sized photo
3) Senior high school graduation diploma (Student expecting to graduate should provide an official letter starting expected graduation date), must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
4) Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present, including courses taken and standard achieved, must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
5) Photocopy of HSK certificate and records

Bachelor's Degree Program of Chinese
1) Photocopy of passport
2) Passport-sized photo
3) An equivalent of China’s high-school graduation certificate;
4) High school graduation certificate and transcript;
5) Health certificate;
6) A minimum requirement of HSK3 certificate to prove your Chinese language ability;

Master's Degree Program
1) One photocopy of your valid passport (passport type must be ordinary).
2) Passport-sized photo
3) Graduation certificate and degree diploma (Student expecting to graduate should provide an official letter starting expected graduation date), must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
4) Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present, including courses taken and standard achieved , must be original documents or notarized copies either in Chinese or English.
5) Two recommendation letters from your referees. The referees should be professors or persons with relevant academic title. At least one of them should have knowledge of your recent academic work. The format of the recommendation letter must be original documents either in Chinese or English.
6) Photocopy of HSK certificate and report

Doctoral Degree Program
