A cooperation agreement signed by Russian Academy of Sciences and NJUST

Professor R.R. Mulyukov, Director of the Russian Academy of Sciences’ Institute for Metals Superplasticity and Professor A.A. Nazarov, Deputy Director, paid a friendly visit to our university recently. We reached extensive consensus on the all-round cooperation in scientific research and personnel cultivation.
 
On the morning of December 7, vice president Yin Qun met Professor R.R. Mulyukov and his associates attended the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement. During the meeting, the vice president pointed out that the Institute for Metals Superplasticity of the Russian Academy of Sciences had strong scientific research power in metals superplasticity and had achieved many results. Our School of Materials Science and Engineering has extensive space for cooperation with the Institute, and hopes to promote the scientific research cooperation and personnel cultivation between us and the Institute through the visit of Professor R.R. Mulyukov. Director R.R. Mulyukov gave a brief introduction to Institute for Metals Superplasticity of the Russian Academy of Sciences, expressing the wish that he would promote cooperation with Nanjing University of Science and Technology in a down-to-earth manner.
