For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website 3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY 4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer 5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants) Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. Bachelor:
Below 25 years old, Senior High School Graduate, HSK above Level 6 for Liberal Arts and above HSK 3 for Science, Qualification Affirmed. The Teaching Building in Campus Master: Below 40 years old, College Graduate, HSK above Level 6 for Liberal Arts and above HSK 3 for Science, Qualification Affirmed.
Doctor:
Below 45 years old, with Master’s Degree, HSK above Level 6 for Liberal Arts and above HSK 3 for Science, Qualification Affirmed. Notice
1. The requirements above are only available to Degree-Students. The applying qualification of non-Degree students: aging from 18 to 60, with Senior School Graduation Certificate, Healthy.
2. To the applicants who want to get Master or Ph.D Certificate in Henan University, besides Certificate, Passport, you also should have two recommendation letters from Vice-Professors or people with equal titles.
