1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )
Application Materials
Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.
Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.
Undergraduate Program
1.Diploma and degree (original or notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation)
2.Related transcripts (original or notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation )
3.Valid passport copy
4.Three passport-sized photo
Postgraduate program
1.Valid passport copy
2.Two passport-sized photos
3.Diploma and degree (original or notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation)
4.Related transcripts (original or notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation )
5. Study plan. Around 1000 words for master candidates, around words for doctoral candidates, in Chinese or English. Study an work experience, academic research result, planned research proposal should be included.
6. Catalogue and abstract of polished paper, and other documents that can prove academic ability.
7. Two recommendation letters from professor or associate professor, in Chinese or English.
Application requirements
Undergraduate Program
Senior high school graduates or above, healthy foreigners
Postgraduate program for Chinese-taught international students
1)The candidates of master students must have the bachelor degree or above；
The candidates of Ph.D students must have the master degree or above.
2）All the candidates must pass the HSK band-4，or after learning the Chinese language for one year and meeting the require of further study
Postgraduate program for English-taught international students
1)The candidates of master students must have the bachelor degree or above；
The candidates of Ph.D students must have the master degree or above.
2）except the English-speaking applicants, the other applicants must have good English (TOEFL 90 / exam 6.0 or above, or the appropriate level).
