Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online

●Be sure to fully prepare the photocopies or the scanned copies of your application materials.

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)

Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )

Entry Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Programs
1.Applicant should have an educational background equivalent to Chinese high school graduation;
2.HSK (Examination on Chinese language level) Level 3 or Equivalent to HSK Level 3 (we can offer internal test for applicant)
3.For study programs taught in English,applicants should be good at English or English native speakers.

Master's Degree Programs
1.Applicants should have an educational background equivalent to a Chinese bachelor’s degree level.
2.HSK Level 3 or or Equivalent to HSK Level 3 (we can offer internal test for applicant);
3.For study programs taught in English,applicants should be good at English or English native speakers.

PH.D Programs
1.Applicants should have an educational background equivalent to a Master’s degree in China;
2.For study programs taught in Chinese,applicants should have HSK(Examination on Chinese Language level) or have studied Chinese for more than one year.

3.For study programs taught in English,applicants should be good at English or English native speakers.

5.Foreigner Physical Examination Record
6.Photocopy of HSK certificate(for Chinese-medium programs) and English proficiency certificate(if any, for English-Medium Programs)

Master's Degree Programs
1.Photocopy of valid passport
2.Passport-sized photo
3.Photocopy of official bachelor's degree certificate
4.Photocopy of bachelor's degree transcript
5.Foreigner Physical Examination Record
6.Photocopy of HSK certificate(for Chinese-medium programs) and English proficiency certificate(if any, for English-Medium Programs
7.Two recommendation letters form professors.
