Introduction
Architecture is a program with distinctive features at the national level, which has passed the education assessment of national architecture with good marks and ranked first in the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate education among colleges and universities in Liaoning. It is also a program with special advantages at the provincial level. Some teachers are serving as consultative members of the Academic Degree Commission of the State Council, members of the Architecture Instruction Committee of National Higher Education, and members of the Architecture Evaluation Committee of National Higher Education. The graduates are conferred with the bachelor of architecture. The Major aims at developing senior technical talents who have a good knowledge of architectural design, architectural theory, architectural technology science, urban design and others, and are qualified for architectural design, urban design, interior design as well as the preliminary planning, architectural theory and architectural education of construction projects.
Compulsory courses:
Architectural graphics, architectural drawing, basis of architectural design, principle of architectural design, architectural design, history of Chinese and foreign architecture, urban design, interior design, architectural physics, architectural structure, architectural construction, architectural equipment, architectural economics, computer aided design, etc.

Future career
After graduation, the students may work at the architectural design departments, planning, design and management departments, academies of building research, colleges and universities, government agencies and construction institutions. The students of this profession need to possess certain art foundation and artistic accomplishment.
