   1) Non-Chinese citizens

   2) Valid ordinary-type passport

   3) Health certificate

   4) High school graduate certificate, bachelor degree for undergraduate, master degree for PHD

   5) Good oral speaking skills and literal expression ability

   6) Excellent ability of organizing, communicating and harmonizing

   7) Age limit: 18-40 years old

4. Academician assistant oriented foundation program

   1) Age limit: 18-60 years old
