Hooligans Pub has been open for 3 years and is the only foreigner owned bar in Changsha. It is a popular
meeting place for expats as well as English speaking Chinese friends. Here has a wide assortment of
imported beers, wines and liquors. Mostly western music played at an acceptable sound level so you can
have a conversation without screaming. The pub has 3 floors with the 2nd floor being for free KTV.
Professional dart board, large screen TV airing live sports from our satellite receiver. Homemade chicken
burritos, vodka Jell-O shots and bbq available. Every Wednesday night is teachers night with drink discounts.
It celebrates all foreign and Chinese holidays.
